Worst experience ever all you wanted to do was up charge me he was greedy he was disrespectful I was just leaving the hospital when I noticed that this particular bike shop was open till 6:00 I called I told him I just received a flat tire and that I would be there shortly because I'm walking and he is the closest bike shop he said great see you when you get here however after walking 3 miles and mind you I was just released from the hospital to find his establishment closed at 5:40 even though he said come on down. I made a bit of a mistake thinking I could do some front derailleur adjustments on my own and royally screwed it up along with the cable. Ron picked up my bike that evening, fixed it and had it back to me the next day around noon. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my mess up, but he also inspected everything else on the bike and adjusted where it wasn't up to spec. Can't recommend him enough, great pricing, super helpful, and super quick!
I have been using Ron as my bike guy ever since I got into serious biking. Every time I took my bike there he got it done within the week, amazing service, very nice, and a straight up person. He made my bike feel better than when I first got it. 10/10, 100% would recommend this place to a friend.
