We had a flagpole installed and as a result about 6 neighbors got one. They do a great job. Highly recommend their services and if you have ever considered getting a flag pole don’t hesitate. They look awesome and symbolize something very special!
We just made our fourth order with American Flag & Flag Pole Company. Over time, we've purchased six different flags of varying sizes and history from them (U.S., Betsy Ross, Gadsden, Texas), and all were superior in quality and durability. What stands out most though is their customer service! Amazon, big box stores, and other sites have nothing on Matt and the crew at American Flag & Flag Pole Company! I personally highly recommend (Stafford, VA customer).
We do a lot of business with American Flag & Flag Pole of Lake Elmo, both for our business that has a flag pole & for our volunteer project (Veteran's Memorial). We always enjoy working with Matt & his staff & would highly recommend the company for flags and / or flag poles. The flags they source are so much higher quality than what we can get at the big box stores locally.
We bought their heavy-duty, most expensive flag on 5/9/23. It's now 2/21/24, the flag is both faded and tattered. I see on the website that it has a 1 year "Colorfast" warranty. I just called for a replacement, and was told the Colorfast warranty doesn't apply to fading. Ummm...extremely unethical!
