FLAG lasted less than 2 months suppose to Tough-Tex but it is supper thing material started to tear at 6 weeks. My last flag lasted 9 months all through 3 months of winter.
American Flag Pole & Flag Co is a 5 star top quality company. Gave us immediate and concerned service in repairing and replacing the rope, clips, and flag when a clip broke and rope was damaged. I ordered a flag with a Tab inside. Received a flag with Velcro instead. Called to ask how to return it. Some guy named Matt answers the phone. Lousy customer service! Curt. No offer to replace with the correct flag. I returned it. They received it over a week ago. No refund. Called to ask about refund. Matt answers again. Same lousy customer service. Purchased on amazon like most of you would and received my 2 eagles...complete garbage in plastic that would not survive the elements. Got my eagles from American Flag pole Co and I am delighted. Real bronze eagles that will take a beating in the hot Vegas sun. Also shipping and packaging was awesome. Thank you and god bless
