Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Absolutely do not buy anything from this company! Save yourself the headaches! I ordered some flag parts that amount to over $150 on March 25, 2020, it is now June 2, 2020... Still have nothing! They charged my credit card right away though! Very disappointed with this company. Should have read the reviews they are spot on. Rebeka was very nice helpful over the phone. Had to call multiple times just for a receipt. Was told due to Covid-19 shipping 7-10 days. It’s been almost a month and I feel like all I’m getting is the run around every time I call it’s the warehouse. Ordered a flag on March 26th, have not received it. Asked for a refund over one week ago, haven't received it. Was told Fed Ex sent the flag back to the company and it was put back in inventory. Having lots of difficulty getting a direct answer. Was told I was refunded - NOT TRUE. The phone number on their web site is no longer in service. Ordered a flag from another company - received it in 2 days and was $100 cheaper. Now trying to dispute the charge. Ordered and never received, luckily we used pay pal and got our money back. Waisted my time.
Ordered a flag counter weight a week and a half ago. No response on tracking or a receipt, but they charged me for the product. They also do not always answer the phone or emails. Avoid this company.
