This place is a bunch of thieves!!!!!!! They added $3000 extra to my account and when I called to find out what was going on they told me I could pay all of it off by the end of the month. When I told them that was impossible they gave me another date BEFORE the end of the month because I couldn’t pay it off when they wanted. Woke up this morning to find out they took more money out of my account and it’s not even the amount of my payment…….. Unfortunately for me I didn't read through my contract, bought a couch for $1239.00. Little did I know after 101 days if I didn't pay off the $1239.00 in that period of time I would lose out on the sale, now am paying off 3 times the amount of this couch, please read through them fine prints it's very important now am emotionally damaged from this experience NEVER AGAIN.
I had an account with American 1st financial. It started off good when I 1st got the loan but when the pandemic hit my account got extremely behind. They refinance my Account. once that was before the pandemic but when the pandemic hit my Accoun got extremely Behind they wouldn't Refinance my account. A second time. They interest rates where to high Thank god tower credit picked up my account paid off my account and help me out And the managers there were very Rude the last time I was in the office
I feel if I could rate them a 0.... I would!!! I paid my bill off early and they still withdrew money from my account. Stating I will not get my money back. Just not right.
