Horrible customer service. Employee I spoke with had an attitude and hung up the phone when I asked for clarification.
This place is a bunch of thieves!!!!!!! They added $3000 extra to my account and when I called to find out what was going on they told me I could pay all of it off by the end of the month. When I told them that was impossible they gave me another date BEFORE the end of the month because I couldn’t pay it off when they wanted. Woke up this morning to find out they took more money out of my account and it’s not even the amount of my payment…….. I will never go to Conn’s or this scam of a place ever again and I hope no one ever... read more
