Year after year, they accept some checks and then other checks they just want to constantly decline. Year after year they are no freaking help. They say oh open a cash savings account you get money back or you be entered to win money. No the amount of money you get on $8000 is nothing compared to actually putting your money in a real cash savings account. I’m so done with American First. They recently did away with Free Checking outside of having a minimum balance. They're now no different than the big banks. Find another credit union.
Helpful and nice
Terrible service. Sent my daughter there to get change for $100 to make her graduation lei and they refused to serve her because she does not have an account there. When she gave my account information they told her I would have to be there. All this just to get change for a $100 bill.
