No access to on-line banking, 800 290 1112 number doesn't work and no branch in the South Orange County. I am DONE... This is crazy! How do you run a company like this...
I cant bealive we have no access to any online,mobile banking ect for 4 days because of maintenance issues. What a hassle,
I went to open up a bank account for the first time ever. Jenniffer Avila was the employee that helped me and she was just amazing. Off the bat she informed me on what I was getting myself into while also making a connection with me. She created a bond with me and my mother and we will definitely come back for when my brother opens his. Just an amazing first time experience and I would definitely recommend going there.

Been with this credit union for 15 years Never had good customer service I rarely needed their services Over the years: Tried to start a home loan with them: the guy was so lazy on the phone, discouraged me from moving forward. Tried to login overseas. They couldn’t help Tried to transfer money: they couldn’t help. Lazy and not very smart people At least be courteous It’s like it’s not my money with all the limits and useless regulations they have. Other banks are way more understanding
