Worst Finance Company In History. Avoid At All Costs.
Absolutely the WORST people I have ever worked with. I was stupidly talked into a water system for our new home. I was told that I was making monthly payments on a loan that would be over in 7 years. I was unemployed at the time and didn't want it because of not being able to afford the payments, but my husband loved the idea of putting this in our brand new home and the payments spread out over 7 years was affordable. This is the first time in at least 5 years that I have not been able to pay my bill online. It appears that the web site has been changed. All of the links, customer service, online bill pay, etc. are not working. I attempted to open the web site in Chrome, and then went to Internet Explorer. Neither one worked. The site states that Microsoft Silverlight is needed to open the links. This has not been the case for over 5 years.
