Their professionalism and commitment truly stand out. A special recognition goes to Chonta Cooksey, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I was always reluctant to work with any credit counseling service. You always hear the stories about how it hurts your credit and it did but it does get better. For years I just kept making payments to credit card companies finally I was referred to American Financial Solutions and thanks to them as of this month I'm making my last credit card payment. I'm very grateful for that but on the other side of the coin I kick myself for giving so much money away in interest don't wait like I did they can HELP

2 years later...! I had a fantastic experience working with AFS overall. Jacqueline assisted me with closing out my debt management plan today, and I was able to thank her for all of the education and support that AFS provided over the past two years. I appreciate them helping me, however, when I asked if I could be taken off of automatic payments so I can pay the day I get paid before my due date I was given attitude. Update! I did. Received a call from someone here, and I appreciate them! Thank you for your help with explaining everything!
