AWFUL SERVICE. Was called nasty because I chose to pay off my loan since they charge a fee for over the phone transaction. Was told rudely that since it's NOT a corporate office the bank charges THEM. Neither is Covington Credit yet they don't charge. Company needs to learn black people vocal tones because I don't have a soft tonal voice so being called nasty was uncalled for. Will never deal this business again. Coastal Finance workers are more nice.
Wow Work company I have ever dealt with. Back my personal information to three wrong numbers before they got it right. Mendota stay what comfortable with doing business with us. If you don't want your personal information all over the place do not do business with these people.
