Really good company, I pay my payment on time every month and I have no problems! Rachel and Shannon are very nice! Would 10/10 recommend! 5stars
AWFUL SERVICE. Was called nasty because I chose to pay off my loan since they charge a fee for over the phone transaction. Was told rudely that since it's NOT a corporate office the bank charges THEM. Neither is Covington Credit yet they don't charge. Company needs to learn black people vocal tones because I don't have a soft tonal voice so being called nasty was uncalled for. Will never deal this business again. Coastal Finance workers are more nice.
