This is the worst company to do business with (DC), loan officer missed to deadlines dates for my loan, causing me to lose 12k . Before you do business with this company go to “BBB “ the worst financial company ever, veterans stay away; also freeze your account after doing business with them, duplicates documents were requested doing the process. I would choose zero stars if I could, but I received a letter from them on July 22, 2021; inviting me to apply for a VA refinance. Searching Better Business Reports on this company; I will never seek a mortgage from them.
