Joe Cuttone is simply the best, he has helped me with 3 different loans thus far and in the process of a 4th. He is so reliable & trustworthy, you never have to question anything but if you do, he is fast & clear in answering. His whole team is fast, efficient and friendly. I worked with Joy Shadden. She was great when it came to answering questions promptly and getting the process completed. I am upset with her oversight concerning the monthly payment on a recent home purchase. She confirmed we’d be locked in at a certain price that would only vary considering the insurance premium. I was surprised to see only a few days prior to closing she had misrepresented the property tax.
