I would CAUTION new home buyers from using this company to purchase their FIRST home. This was an ordeal I will never forget. We were able to close on our property due to other parties (attorneys, real estate agent, and third party creditors) involved in the closing process. Our BBB Membership is focused on the Reverse Mortgage Division. This was a "forward" mortgage purchase. I did some research on this loan and cannot speak to what the communication was from the Loan Officer. As to the "one" day comment. This is the timeline as I understand it: A Closing Disclosure was sent on Friday which would be needed to be done in order to close on Thursday.
