Just read Brian Luftman's letter to Mercer County where he huffed about a proposed data center and too much red tape. Did he ever stop to think that NO ONE wants data centers near them? Especially at the expense of our prime farmland. He should be ashamed of himself -- though I admit I got a big laugh out of reading his letter! If folks like him don't stop pushing data centers so hard, they won't like the consequences from John Q Public.
They just seem interested in purchasing prime farmland and selling it to data centers.
I have been doing business with American Farm Investors for over two years and have found them to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of farming, farm property investment, and investment strategies. They are customer oriented, responsive and they provide well researched and well-reasoned investment recommendations.
