This was our first time using this location and it was a very positive experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of our taxes, every one there was friendly and helpful. Shane is really knowledgeable and made something I was stressing out about seem like a piece of cake. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend!
We filed our taxes today with the American Family Tax Services here in Dallas, and had a great experience with them. Moving from California, we needed a place to do our taxes. Mr Shane helped us with our tax preparation , and took time to explain the new process to us. We highly recommend him for your tax preparation. Imani, a staff member, was also very helpful in setting up the appointment for us. Definitely, we'll return next year.
