Paid for furniture and was told by Jake (sales Manager in Long Beach) that he contacted manufacture. Was looking at 4 weeks for love seat. Thats fine. A week later was told loveseat is discontinued. How can that be when you contacted manufacture company(lie). He wanted to give us 28 dollars in return for not receiving loveseat. Was a thousand-dollar loveseat. Sharolyn was so pleasant, very professional and really patient while I tried out several different sets. She showed me everything that she felt would meet my needs. Even with me making 2 trips to store before making my purchase. She provided "Top Notch A+" service. I will recommend her to all that I know who are searching for furniture. We have had horrible experience buying furniture in the past. Not this time. The folks there are very friendly & helpful. Our sales person Sima and the manager Josh worked out great deals for us. We made three separate orders within a week and they pulled it off to have everything we bought included in the same truck for the same day saving us a lot in delivery & setup.
