The doctor is awesome HOWEVER the receptionist is SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL that I refuse to go back! She is blatantly disrespectful and confrontational. Literally have been going to this doctor since I was in the 9th grade (I’m now 30 years old) and the office staff is so grossly abusive I am switching doctors!!!
I looked up this office several years ago because it was closer to my home than the major office that most of Rhode Island goes to and I've never regretted that decision. The staff here are not only professional but also warm and inviting. Everytime I bring my son we're recognized and are made to feel welcomed instantly which is in short supply these days. They always get his glasses done in a timely manner and make sure he has everything he needs. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good family doctor.
