Worst customer service I have ever received from a bank!! Went in just needing to do a simple change on an EFT and no one would help me, I had to wait over 30 minutes for the 1 loan officer they have at the branch here in town when I was finally approached she was rude and embarrassed me! I will never go back to this bank again! I will take my business sadly to Henryetta or to another bank!! This place is a joke since Amanda left there the finance people in there can’t even answer the phone say they will call you back and they don’t. And the finance lady in there now is no good by any means don’t recommend this bank
Absolute liars. Pre approval letter and met all criteria. Canceled loan backing at deal closing. Let me spend 11k. Wasted my time and money. Horrible business ethics. Refer customers to them and they get lied to and never call back by president after starting deals. This bank lacks honest management.
