Great experience! Battey came earlier than promised and worked great! Great customer service and they communicated with me all the way through the process. Exceeded expectations.
Horrible customer service! Was never contacted to pick up my battery until I finally got a hold of someone. Then I still had to co.e back because the battery charger was the wrong one!
Initially disappointed as the phone interactions were very good yet I was not reaasured by how long it took to get my order received. . I thank you for holding my hand. The part arrived.
I paid for 50 bikes and batteries and I still have not received 15 batteries I have paid for. I have been trying to reach Arie, Michael and their team and they will not respond to my request for a status. Anything that Arie Gad states different from above is false. I am a professional engineer with ethical obligations to the industry, hence my information is 100% factual and I have documentation to prove it. I will remove this review when I receive my batteries
