Horrible, Horrible company. Ordered a battery in January and as soon as they got payment they went silent. I have reached out several times and never recieved a reply to my concern. Almost two weeks ago they said it was shipping and even sent tracking number. I keep checking the tracking number and it says not picked up yet. I have tried to get my money refunded and no reply. So they created a label but didn't ship the product. Order # 5120. Run, don't buy you will never see product.
Paid for battery rebuild after assessment charge, over 700$. Returned to me not working and they accepted it back so I was optimistic. Claimed if not confirmed working by February 20th full refund would be issued and battery and charger returned. After over 7 months as of now I’m out $700+ and they still havn’t returned my charger and battery
I use to think well of this company as my first transaction with them was great. I brought them a second job over a year ago paid for it and they have never returned a single call reguarding what is happening with my project. I’ve called multiple times over a year and they still haven’t responded to my requests for my money back and requests for updates and has never returned my product.
