I ordered 2 battery rebuilds. They took $1,320 from me and promised the batteries within 30 days. Every time I called I got voice mail and the same day I got an email saying the batteries were complete and awaiting a UPS safety inspection before shipment. The second time I did some digging on the net and saw reviews of people who were scammed getting the same treatment. I immediately filed a fraud report with my credit card company. I am sure I won’t get my battery casings back, but I’m not out the $1,320.

Horrible, Horrible company. Ordered a battery in January and as soon as they got payment they went silent. I have reached out several times and never recieved a reply to my concern. Almost two weeks ago they said it was shipping and even sent tracking number. I keep checking the tracking number and it says not picked up yet. I have tried to get my money refunded and no reply. So they created a label but didn't ship the product. Order # 5120. Run, don't buy you will never see product.
Paid for battery rebuild after assessment charge, over 700$. Returned to me not working and they accepted it back so I was optimistic. Claimed if not confirmed working by February 20th full refund would be issued and battery and charger returned. After over 7 months as of now I’m out $700+ and they still havn’t returned my charger and battery
