Do not do business with this company unless you want hours of frustration dealing with their customer service. Latest update: they had me ship my battery back because the battery was not compatible with my charger. It's been three weeks and they have not shipped my battery back. They also sold me a charger that would fit their battery and ordered it on Amazon and had it shipped it to me. The worst part is they charged me $115.00 dollars for a charger that sells for $30 dollars on Amazon. This place is one of the worst busine... read more
There should be an option for zero stars, Odered a battery seven weeks ago, and it has not been delivered. The two times I was able to get a hold of the company, they gave me a different story of why I have not received the battery. I have made at least twenty phone calls and have sent multiple emails. The last correspondence received stated that a tracking number was created, but three days later, UPS has still not received the package. My experience concludes that this must be a fraudulent company.
I received an ebike battery from American Electric in July an I am very pleased with the battery. It has alot of power and I can go much farther than my old battery. I live in Wisconsin and have a lot of hills to climb and I just love this battery. I was out today riding for 4 hours and still had 2 bars left on the battery when I was done. Great product American Electric.
Very easy doing business with them a pleasurable experience. Battery experts.
