On November 12th, 2025, I purchased an $700 battery. After placing the order, the delivery window changed significantly. Now, in March 2026, I’ve only received a UPS tracking number showing “Label Created”. I was told UPS was retaining the shipment, but the UPS portal does not reflect that they ever had possession of it. Currently waiting for a battery from them and about to get a refund if these guys don't reply. They have communicated over the phone once to confirm my order. Never have they again answered. Once they have your money in their pocket they don't care.
Ordered battery in October 26th 2025, now it's middle of February 2026 still nothing from them. Over $700. Buyer be ware!!
