Brayden was amazing and very patient. I hadn’t bought jeans in several years, so I had no idea what my size was, and he was so kind to me
Great service and prices
I love the brand, but the customer service here is quite disappointing. It felt like the staff was bothered by my request for a size and had to go into the back to find it or re-open the fitting rooms. The manager seemed rude and gave an attitude to both clients and the girls working there.
It's pretty rude to close the fitting rooms 10 minutes before closing. Might as well close the whole store, why even let people go inside? I would've been out before it closed.
