My son tried to make a return and exchange of my online purchase for him today -- he had the receipt--they first did the exchange but put the return on a gift card. He called to tell me and I sent him back as the return should have been credited to my credit card. They said they wouldn't do it. Gave him everything back and told him he had to do the exchange and return online. Which is a violation of American Eagle's return policy. Very dissatisfied either this interaction.
