Jordan was an absolute sweet angel with the patience of a saint!! Beyond helpful and determined to ensure we had a great experience. The rest of the staff were incredible and helpful. I wish I had everyone’s name that I talked to, so so soooo sweet!!! So many people checking back stock and offering to order it online for me. 10000000000% satisfied and would drive the hour again!!! Quality of clothing is awful. I bought a bra here and wore it twice before it completely ripped. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything for me. I’ve shopped with aerie for over 20 years and their quality has gone to the dumpster. Won’t be buying from them again.
I love Aerie and AE! This store has some good clearance but it's a little messy. Overall friendly associates and good selection of sizes. Lines are usually a bit long but nothing terrible.
The woman at the front desk clearly lacks even the basics of customer service. I came in with a gift that didn’t fit receipt in hand but because the tags weren’t attached, she refused to make any exception. I don’t even shop at this overpriced, out-of-touch store someone else bought the gift for me. Safe to say, I’d never spend a single cent here myself.
