I went to the AE store located at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. I was there shopping for an outfit for a graduation party. I was helped by a very nice and professional young lady named Mykayla. I am not sure if I am spelling her name correctly but she was awesome helping find an outfit I was comfortable with. It is very nice to get great customer service. She was awesome!!
Went in to look for some jeans. Was assisted by Dee and she was beyond amazing. She helped me get a fitting room and helped me pick a pair because i couldn’t make up my mind. Her customer care skills are amazing. Literally felt like i was shopping with my best friend. I’m glad people like her still exist.
I understand that the holidays can be a stressful time for retail workers but when it came to going to this specific Aerie they were so disrespectful. There were three workers standing around talking and I asked if they could look for a size. The one worker I asked gave attitude and tried to pass it over to her co-workers and none wanted to help so she sighed and went to “check”.
