I wanted to make sure that this was the LAST place you went because tax season is almost here. I would rate it with no stars if I could. I want to stress once more: DO NOT GO HERE. You would be better off with Jackson Hewitt or H&R Block (especially for the service fee) The two the supervisor, Brian, and the assistant, Brittany in particular, are clueless about what they're doing.
Been two months and I’m still waiting. Never again!! I got info missing from my return yet it’s not my fault because I wasn’t asked for it. If I KNEW what I was doing with adding an extra income, I would’ve done my own like I always do!!!!
They taking people money don’t do it.
Not very helpful as I had to mail my return in. Didn’t supply me with addresses. Didn’t tell me if any forms had to be returned with returns. I had to make a return trip to office for answers. Also was pricey. 1/3 more than anyone else.
