So far I have been very happy with the way everything that has transpired. Have really enjoyed talking to my coaches.
Let me start by saying I have cleared 1 payment into the program and my Discover account is already locked into a settlement!!! That was my biggest debt and to say I am relieved is an understatement!! I was really nervous about starting this process but now I know I made the right decision. My experience has been less than ideal. It started off fine with constant communication then once I signed up, I was basically just passed around from one Account Manager to the next and communication became less frequent (once per 2-3 months) unless they needed something. I have had 5 different ‘account managers’ in less than 6 months and only one creditor account has been negotiated in this time. However, they are still collecting their fee. I would not recommend.
