Account Specialist Samy Mangalassery Gets 5stars from me. She has been so good to me. She answers any questions I've had through all of the twist and turns. I enjoy our monthly calls. I can't thank her enough for helping me as I venture down this road of debt trauma.
Horrible. Don't do it. At the end of a five year payment schedule that should have been paid in full there were two more accounts they let me know about that somehow they "forgot" to include. Now another five year payment plan. I thought they were professionals. Read all of the fine print and carefully look over what they actually charge before signing.
Decided to leave and so glad I did. Dropped my credit score significantly low…. How is this supposed to be helping me? Also, was told loan companies for school do not look at my credit history and that’s not true. Grad plus loan look at credit history to determine if you get it. Glad i was able to get my refund back and I highly recommend to not do this program.
