This company is HORRIBLE. My agent was never available. Never answered calls and texts. Fairly sure he lied over and over about his absences from his phone. We were sued by a loan company and this company didn’t show up for court. They were well aware of the date. As a result of their incompetence we had a judgement against us because we didn’t show up either. We were told not to worry that the attorneys would handle it. Do NOT use them! They say they are for teachers but all they’ve done is add stress to my life.
These people are scammers. Kept me on the phone for over 2 hours trying to scam me out of money! Rude and pushy typical scammers.

What a horrible way to do business. I messaged Jose with level debt to cancel my account because I had never received calls for the 3 different appointments I scheduled. He told me I was cancelled last week for no communication. Really? lol I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30pm on the 8th. Wow. Cancelled me before my appointment, that makes no sense.
