I would rate them zero if I could. Had a few babies that needed DNA to be sold so I sent it out when they were 2weeks old. Called after many weeks to ck why I had not heard they said oh I found it will send out today. It's been now almost 8 more weeks still nothing. You can't get them on the phone unless you wanna try for days holding on for long periods of time. Also I put in a ticket it's been 3 days no response. The staff has always been super helpful when I call or with my online tickets. Would love to visit one day!
It has now been almost three months since a goat was transferred to me and ADGA won't finalize the transfer, won't return faxes/requests through their online system. I am unsure why I am paying for a membership in an organization that is so poorly managed.
