The store manager/owner recognized my wife and I, even though we hadn't visited for at least 6 months. He asked if we had been very busy cycling and if we planned to do any adventure racing this year. I was impressed that he remembered who we were and took the time to chat with us. The personal touch is very appreciated. Even though we don't necessarily spend a lot of money there, the staff is always friendly and professional toward us.

Rip offs, rude, and greedy! I went there with a broken spoke for my wheel, and they said they could not measure it without completely disassembling the wheel and taking off the tire, which would be, of course , very expensive. I asked them to just sell me a couple of spokes, and they said no, we want to true this wheel for you, even when I said I usually do it myself. Just an example, other bike shops including REI charge $1.00 for a spoke, these guys are charging $1.29 ! Seems like I wasted my time and gas going there, they... read more

My Wife and Both Just got Bikes here the Salesmen and Service Guys are great they answered all the questions we had, Helped us with all the suff you need to get with the bikes and with some small issues we had with the Bike afterwards they dealt with Right Away. Very helpful after the sale also with additinal upgrades I have wanted to do with the bike. Pricing was very competitive. I would Highly recommend them to everyone.
