My husband and I obtained a link through *** to purchase a *************************** in June of 2020. For over a year, we never missed a payment, automatically withdrawn from our account twice monthly. Our **** account became compromised with no fault of our own and this was not realized until the payment was rejected and *** left a voicemail on my husbands phone. Payment was submitted twice and returned twice causing there to be 2 returned payment fees, one of which remains unpaid. We will waive that fee at this ********* was made on 7/1/21 advising of returned payment at 3:44 PM. Call was not returned until the following day. Customer can contact the Manager directly at ****************** to discuss further if so desired.
Trash customer service. Trash follow up. Have been waiting almost a month since my insurance paid the total before gap insurance and they are trying to get more payments out of me before they satisfy their portion of the debt. Do Not do business with these people.
I have bank statements saying I am making payments on time every time. Now all of a sudden I get a phone call every day from them telling me I owe a different amount to them each time. AND THEN TOLD ME TO SEND HER A SCREENSHOT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT! Horrible company with even worse employees.
Customer service is probably the worst I have ever dealt with. No payment is processed on time per the agreed dates causing bank issues and then on top of bank issues they think they can charge you late fees when THEY can’t auto draft on time. Trying to get a manager on the the phone is like finding a needle in a haystack. IMPOSSIBLE. Once I talked with a manager to square my account up they still could not process my payment per the agreed date and tried to charge me $150 late fee. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Payemnydates are never on the agreed upon times or dates. Cost me so much in banking issues. Don't bother
