They not only set up a great travel agenda for us, but when are first flight was cancelled, immediately went to work on changes that kept what we needed! Great service and planning assistance.
Just returned from our 1st trip to Yosemite and California that ACT planned for us. We never used an agency before but felt our bucket list trip needed their experience to help us plan the most effective use of our 8 day trip. We had a fabulous time and felt ACT experience proved invaluable. We had no issues and enjoyed seeing and getting to know San Francisco, Carmel, Santa Barbara and a little of LA.
JoAnne and Dean put together a fantastic Alaskan Cruise for us! We were taken care of every step of the way. The shore excursions that he recommended were top notch and for less money than we would have spent through the cruise line. The overall price of the cruise was less than what I would have been able to book directly. Thanks for a fabulous trip!!
