I called to pay my dads outstanding debt which was less than $50.00 bucks. John was very rude! I thought they would be happy to receive a payment. So needless to say I couldn't make the payment.

They are rude, unprofessional and don't listen
Very irritating to work with but did their job in the end.
I had a bad experience with them. I cancelled Oct 2019 and it's Feb 13 and I'm still being billed. They keep giving me the run-around and everyone seems so confused on a simple issue. I will be taking this further because the treatment of this company has been harmful.
