When I first signed up they were great but after that not so much. It's not a real debt consolidation company. I never had late payments on my credit reports until I signed a contract with them. What they do is wait until you account on collection to try to settle the debt. I only had 2 credit card less than $10,000 told together and they still have settled yet and its been over a year.
