Paid every month for 70 months, lost my job, repossessed the car, and then put a derogatory mark on my account every month after they closed it. Time to get a lawyer. You would have a better time having intimate relations with a cheese grater than work with them, I promise you. The only reason it's one star is I don't have the ability to rate lower
Your company’s customer service is bad and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car through them. Thank goodness I’ve made my final payment and no longer have to deal with them. Please do better and hire employee who actually are willing to do their job
Im a disabled person.I went to enterprise used cars in San Jose Ca.Igave a 3,000.00 to them.Started making payments 6 months down the line.I asked them if I can lower the payments down to 450.00 a month from 579.00 a month the lady on the phone said as long as I do auto pay from my bank it's ok.Now 2 years later.I found a credit union that was willing to lower my interest to 11% instead of 26%.So called American Credit Acceptance and asked how much do I have left to pay on the car she had the biggest wevos to say 22,000.00.S... read more
tried to pay off car loan.i asked them if they would take a credit card. they said they would except a Mastercard. after getting declined and calling city bank they were running the card as a cash advance. when i confronted them 1st lady hung up on me .the 2nd time the lady said she had no idea because it was a 3rd party running card. they are knowingly committing fraud. committing fraud is a serious crime. i will be filing a complaint with the banking commotion. stay far away.
