by far the most HORRIBLE company i have ever dealt with by far. Past due balance from covid and i asked if they would move the past due to the back of the loan and was told me that they're a secondary loan company that i will have to refinance the car so when i tried to do that i was turned down by MULTIPLE places since they dinged my credit so hard. I recommend that no one use this company, I been on time with my payments for 4 years, and my payment was 3 days late and they are blowing my phone up. Dummies!!!
They make way too many accounting errors
We just brought our first home in Georgia relocating from NY, on the day of the final walk through my intestines rupture following that emergency surgery I had 8 more surgeries. It ruined our credit and eradicated our savings, we desperately needed a car, this company the interest rate is predatory . The website is horrible customer service is ghetto. We have been trying hard to rebuild our lives financially this company is the devil it's self.
