The moment I traded the vehicle in and needed the loan paid off, getting straightforward answers became incredibly difficult. American Credit Acceptance is quick to charge late fees when you miss a payment, and those fees can continue to add up. But when they owe YOU money, getting it back is another story. very very bad service
Voluntary surrender, couldn't get the car up to par in a different state, $3000 out of pocket just to clear check engine light, $6000 in other needed repairs which i wasn't going to do with a car i couldn't register. They stated that it would go to auction. The car sat for a minimum of 3 months, meanwhile every 30 days receiving a fresh delinquent report to my credit. .........
This company is such trash that I’ll spend the rest of my life without a car before I go with them again. Ruined my credit bc of identity theft. Garage
