We needed a copier in a rush because the rented one from another company broke. They were not able to deliver a replacement for four days. Being in a jam I started calling companies and American Copy was the only company in the whole NY that was able to deliver a copier within 3 hours, on a Friday afternoon and for less money than the initial company. Notably good service experience A business associate that uses them for the last 15 years recommended American Copy to me. When I called for a new copier I was transfered to speak with Miky. He was very knowledgeable and everything he promised was delivered. The price was competitive, but more important the service provided was very professional. He did not just sell me a box, but he evaluated the needs and provided a solution to our paper flow.
