This bank doesn’t give change? I’m pretty sure that’s not legal. I had a legal form of US currency I wanted to exchange tender for a smaller form of US currency and they refused service stating they did not do that type of business—yet they claim to be a BANK. Something is fishy here. Maybe it’s a front for money laundering. So if you want to wire your money to the Cayman Islands this is the place for you. This bank is located within the rolling ridge plaza at the corner of Chino and Peyton Avenue. I walked inside but I was not able to take any photographs and it didn't seem like the people were interested in me telling them I was trying to update Google maps. So I cannot really review this place properly...
