American Community Bank is so personable. They are not like the huge banks. They offer the same products but with friendly professional service and knowledgeable people. I fully trust and will always bank with them. They protect my accounts in a time where optimal protection is needed. This bank knows thier customers. I highly recommend banking with American Community. They have integrity!

Wanted to rent a safe deposit box at the bank as my current bank did not have any availability. Called American Community Bank and they would not rent to me because I do no other business with them. Rude customer service and seems short sided to refuse business especially now with more banks not having a brick and mortar presence.

I have been looking for $2 bills for my niece for an Easter present. Many banks do not keep them on hand which makes my task difficult. I called this bank and they refused to service me because I do not bank with them. As a disabled veteran, I bank with USAA and there are no brick and mortar locations near. I am extremely disappointed and will never be enticed to bank with an Organization that treats the public this way. If you don't have an account here, but want to cash a check from someone who does, enjoy the six dollar fee they charge, oh, .... and the attitude they have about it. Really? Six bucks to cash their own checks? Look elsewhere to do your banking folks.

Horrible Service and un-willing to do anything more than the bare minimum required to resolve an issue; don't put your trust or money into this place! Per the Bankers comments, their communication process is so poor, they don't even send text messages or emails, they rely on "one phone call" (that I didn't even receive) before they close out your account which does not sound like a good "Standard Procedure" to me...
