Who would shut down access to banking on a holiday weekend..poorly planned.
This bank isn’t what it used to be. The trust I have built with the employees over the years has been hard to maintain since there’s always new tellers and managers to acquaint myself with and explain my banking relationship to. The main reason I brought some of my personal and business accounts here was because of the small family feel. Any good business owner knows that employee retention means customer retention.
