They were VERY nice and understanding with fraud and made me feel safe and helped me get my debts taken care of. I spoke with Emma, she was the BEST care i have ever had with a debt collector.
this review is from a secondary account of mine, I called because they are my credit report for almost $10k. I requested verifying documentation of the debt and was told i would have to do so by email. Last time i checked a request for information is a request for information and i recorded the call. So as of 11/12/2025 i requested documentation to verify the account which i have documentation proving it is a fraudulent credit reporting. At least the lady on the phone was nice.
Just bad. Didnt know i owed a bill from 4 years ago thought i paid it off so anyways their guy proceeds to call me a liar pretty much and then hangs up on me when i tell i have witnesses to never receiving anything about and asking if i can call back when im off work to pay with my card i didnt have on me when he called. Pretty crappy, tried to call friday and no answer so i will try again monday.
