This business should be closed. At the very least, the lady Kim should be fired. So I couple years ago, I had to go to the Comanche Memorial Hospital ER in Lawton, Oklahoma, being military I paid through Tricare. No biggie, the bill is paid, about 2 years later I start getting voicemails from this business insisting I have unpaid ER bills from the hospital. I knew I was in the right ignored the voicemails until Kim just happened to catch me on the phone and aggressively tried to get me to cough up money to pay for these bill... read more

Southwest dermatology reported me for 10 dollars for collection. When I called them I talked to Zoey she was very kind and very professional thank you Zoey!

Although of course I'm not excited to pay another bill as I'm struggling financially, Zoe was very kind and helpful to get me started! She helped me set up a payment plan with no negative attitude which is surprising coming from a collections agency, as I know they have to deal with rude people everyday I wouldn't have expected her to be so kind

They called me about a hospital bill I have already paid. I asked them to send me info on the bill and they wouldn't. The bill that is in question was from a surgery bill 4 yrs ago. I dealt with another collection agency over it and paid it a couple yrs ago. I'm not paying it twice. I do have statements from my bank showing it was paid previously.
