They suck
They were VERY nice and understanding with fraud and made me feel safe and helped me get my debts taken care of. I spoke with Emma, she was the BEST care i have ever had with a debt collector.
this review is from a secondary account of mine, I called because they are my credit report for almost $10k. I requested verifying documentation of the debt and was told i would have to do so by email. Last time i checked a request for information is a request for information and i recorded the call. So as of 11/12/2025 i requested documentation to verify the account which i have documentation proving it is a fraudulent credit reporting. They have 30 days under the FCRA to produce that documentation. They have until 12/12/20... read more
