High fees, mediocre customer service. Go with low fees advisors
They need to make changes in the Investor's Center. They have these two hugh buildings, but they have two employees wedged in like sardines together in the little investor's center which is north of the twin towers. There's no privacy at all. They need to have a space where clients can meet in private with the representative. Terrible web site is the worst and I’ve told you this years ago. I can’t even find my account number, can you believe that?
Terrible company. I became a client through ADP retirement and the experience has been a nightmare. Before signing up ensure you are okay with their rollover procedure. They require you to send sensitive data by FAX or mail. In the case of the FAX, from what I understand, they use a third party to manage their faxes. I don’t know if this is compliant. I am filling a complaint to ensure it is. Save yourself the stress, avoid this company. Protect your peace.
