I have an established IRA with american century. When I started my yearly with drawls they stated to place my bank data on my account, to avoid USPS. I did this with no difficulty. I now need to change my banking information, signed in, entered my new banking data and received a message that i had to submit a voided check for this account, and a picture of my drivers license.
