Terrible web site is the worst and I’ve told you this years ago. I can’t even find my account number, can you believe that?
Terrible company. I became a client through ADP retirement and the experience has been a nightmare. Before signing up ensure you are okay with their rollover procedure. They require you to send sensitive data by FAX or mail. In the case of the FAX, from what I understand, they use a third party to manage their faxes. I don’t know if this is compliant. I am filling a complaint to ensure it is. Save yourself the stress, avoid this company. Protect your peace.
