ACT in my opinion is a good company, the corporate side are amazing ( safety, payroll, and hiring department). They are all so helpful and willing to go out of their way for you and work with you. With that being said the agent contacting with them makes them look bad because of the agents lies and constant Bs. The agent can barely keep 5 drivers at a time. Agents name Russ Parks. All the negative posts here is probably due to the agent Russ. Please get a better agent that truly reflects ACT integrity and driver focus 3
