Offering services to immigrants?? We're Canadian, and we were looking to get fingerprinting done for employment purposes in the States. We contacted several businesses, and settled on this one since it was close to San Mateo. We talked with the owner on the phone, explicitly stated we are Canadian, and told her we had a Canadian id. When we got there to do the fingerprinting, she was bewildered by our Canadian id's, AFTER she had fingerprinted the cards.
