Lou is such a pleasure to work with. What a service they provide! I had no idea I could buy the tile I loved (albeit it was very large at 24"X24") and then pay a very fair price to have it custom cut and sized. I found the pricing incredibly affordable for the desired custom look of the tile you need. If I ever have the need for this service again, I won't go anywhere else in Chicago, Lou is my guy! Strongly recommend this business for the quality of the craftsmanship and the service they provide
