I requested a tow through my insurance and got a text saying the ETA was 12:30 PM. Then I called and they told me it was actually 1:30–2:00 PM. I asked why the system showed 12:30 because I planned my day around it, and the guy on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I said I’d call my insurance to sort it out, he just canceled the appointment and hung up. Dispatch was made around 11 AM too.

Do not use their service go anywhere else they will leave you stranded! I was matched with them through AAA. Their communication is subpar. When they never accepted the request, I called AAA the dispatcher at AAA said she spoke with them and gave me an ETA. They called me at 3:30. I missed it for some reason. My phone didn’t ring. Receptionist was so rude. Never kept us updated, and we were stranded on the highway for over 2 hours while being on an 8 hour road trip. Horrible experience.
