Stole money from my deposit. I noticed my ones ($1) were not added to the deposit after walking out of the branch with receipt. I spent weeks talking to branch manager to find out that they do not have cameras covering the bank teller that I used. I think the managers name is Julia or Ulyussa. Without knowing exactly what the cameras show, I can only assume that they absolutely are lying. DO NOT COME HERE.
WORST BANK EVER! THEY STEAL SOME OF YOUR CASH DEPOSIT IF YOUR NOT CAREFUL.
They do not like and actively discourage shared branch members.
Terrible customer service. A simple shared branching transaction turned into an ordeal thanks to the CUs decision not to have teller slips like every other bank and CU in this country and the employee helping me acting like it was my fault for their mistake. New York has to have more shared branches available to avoid this place. I'd much rather go to Bethpage than here.
