She is super awesome always on top of things
After 5 years I decided to look elsewhere for some accounting help. This decision was tough. Kathy is a nice lady but recently has a hard time showing respect to her customers. Things got worse when she suspected I was looking to change and refused to give me my original notes and reports back. After the new firm reviewed the last two years taxes they found many errors.
