had an issue with my lift that rendered it useless. I contacted American Boat Lifting Systems and described my problems. Text a few pictures. Gorden was able to access the situation quickly. The crew Brad and Mike arrived promptly and confirmed the underlying issue that caused the problem, They are great technicians, friendly and informative. They came prepared with all the parts required for the solution. Karen in the office was also helpful. Highly Recommend.
Gorden is a great guy to deal with. He has come through on all my electrical and boat lift needs!!!
Company was quick to respond to any questions I had and was honest when it came down to what I didn't or did need for a lift.
Not having a clue about boat lifts, I explained that fact and asked American Boat Lift to engineer and install as they recommended. My mistake. The installation was placed apparently for their convenience, making access to boat more difficult than it could be if the installation was installed closer to the main dock. I recently found the lift bottoms out on mud during mid to low tide; making it nearly impossible to enter/exit boat from lift. During our 4th time using lift, the cables became tangled.
