The warranty isnt worth the paper its written on .Aquatic tub cracked in a brand new house. I called customer service and explained issue to Rep. Haley today. Completely worthless . Will not the warranty. I asked if I could purchase replacement tub at a discounted rate . The answer was immediately NO. The customer service department is designed to deny all Claims . There need to be a class action lawsuit against this company
Be very careful using this company and their products. Brought a tub and cracked within a year and customer service basically couldn't help. Stay away from anything coming from this company read the reviews. I wish I could give them negative stars but 1 is the lowest.
Stay away from this manufacture! A defective bathtub was installed in a new build and have had nothing but issues. Got a crack at the bottom due to not having support and water leaking under the tub causing floor damage. Try contacting their warranty department and they’re closed due to severe weather….
I'm writing this review against American Bath Group regarding a defective bathtub purchased and installed in my home in 2021. The tub developed multiple cracks in the floor of the unit, which constitutes a serious structural failure. I contacted American Bath Group under their warranty.
