Bad company.
I suddenly got emails from this address, although I had nothing to do with them and never had any business with them. Clearly a scam company. Avoid at all costs.
So far my experience is pretty consistent with the rest. I have a hole in my tub. It caused a bunch of water damage. They don’t want to replace the tub. But to put a temporary patch on it. Customer service is terrible. The lady I spoke to was rude.
Google reviews would not let me give them no stars or I would have. They don’t even deserve one. We bought a Sydney model from Clayton Holmes in Tappahannock, Virginia, and it had a ABG shower stall in the master bath the floor in the shower stall became soft and spongy, so the company ABG came out and did the first repair by putting four cans of spray foam Underneath The shower base, and the way they do this is by drilling holes from the top through the fiberglass and spraying the foam underneath it and then they have to re... read more
Tub cracked. Customer service has been a nightmare. Hopefully I have better luck with the better business bureau
