Lies about someone being rude over the phone to have them fired because the managers were avaliable to help right away and you got mad. No one was rude. They were blunt and honest and you went full Karen even when they told you they will call the manager. I was off the clock and we weren't even open miss. Also it's against the law and our policy to give our work hours. Especially of managers. No one was rude. Just honest. I'd rather of gotten my manager to call you asap then to have you not be even heard at all.
