Service is great… unfortunately some of us have to rely on the app cause we work during open hours…. The app is absolute garbage.. 99% of the time it doesn’t open or it just says error… so I gave the staff 1 star for exception… maybe fix the app.. I understand issues but not every day..
Everyone at this bank is so helpful. They refund atm charges. I'm very glad that I switched here.
Melanie was wonderful to work with during our HELOC process.
POS , lured me into some BS Veterans banking program. They then proceeded to keep my first pay check. Which, I didn't see till a few years after. I would never do business with that garbage institution.
