As a first time home buyer, I thought that getting everything lined up with the bank would be the most stressful part. After going through the whole process, I can honestly say that the lending portion was by far the easiest part! Jamie was extremely helpful and available throughout the whole process. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at this bank. A gentleman teller was polite as he was certainly busy. I told him I wanted my deposit into checking. A few minutes later, a lady came over the speaker, not saying hi, and said "What are we doing?" I told her checking. Never did she return. Update as of 9/18/2024: I re opened my account and decided to stick with in-person transfers. The drive-thru is still a disaster.
Jamie is the best! She always goes the extra mile to get the job done.
