Our family has been with this bank for 3 years now and we always get really good customer service. I get regular alerts on transactions over $100 which is awesome because if by chance it isn't my charge I can catch it immediately! So far so good
I am not a customer so they wouldn’t break a bill into other denominations. I won’t be a customer if I can’t exchange cash at a bank that is full of cash.
Some employees are nice, and some are brutally hateful..
