Interior motives
The hours listed say they are open until 5pm when I called at 4:50 just for information on rates for a money market account I was told that no one could help me and I would have to call back tomorrow. I asked what time would be best to call and was rudely told that it would depend on how busy they are. I was made to feel as if they didn't have time for me as I didn't have an account there yet. I am thinking that I will take my money to a bank that does want my businesses.
I purchased a repossessed pontoon from the bank in Collinsville. I want to commend both Angela and Jordyn for making this purchase and loan a smooth process. We had a little challenge locating the keys for this boat. They both stayed diligent in that search, ultimately making sure we hit the water that weekend. I'd recommend banking with this group, they're a good group of people.
They waited till 3 days before closing to lock my rate in. I was under the impression it was locked in when we made the offer and sign the initial loan documents. All paperwork had the % rate we thought we were locked in at and then 3 days before closing it jumped up and they locked in. I’m very disappointed at how all of this was handled.
